Inspired by her grandfather's passion for farming, Simona Privitera, chef and owner of i Carusi, decided to combine her love of nature, passion for organics and a philosophy of life focused on well-being of body and mind, into a top-notch hospitality project.
Thus was born the boutique hotel in Val di Noto, i Carusi, a real well-being retreat, close to the baroque town, where the key word is “well-being”.
